dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit případné mezery či nedostatky současného systému motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Česká zbrojovka a.s. a navrhnout změny vedoucí k jeho zlepšení. V první části diplomové práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, teorie motivace, pracovní motivace, hodnocení pracovního výkonu a demotivace zaměstnanců. V praktické části diplomové práce je představena společnost Česká zbrojovka a.s. a následně provedena analýza současného systému motivace zaměstnanců zavedeného v této společnosti. V závěrečné části je na základě provedené analýzy a výsledků z dotazníkového šetření vytvořen projekt, který má vést ke zlepšení současného systému motivace zaměstnanců a zároveň stanovení jeho nákladů, přínosů, rizikové a časové analýzy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to find the possible insufficiency or inadequacy in the current system of employee motivation of the company Česká zbrojovka a.s. and suggest amendments which would improve the system. The first part of the thesis comprises the theoretical observations from the field of human resources management, the theory of motivation, work motivation, work output evaluation and employee demotivation. In the empirical part of the thesis we introduce the company Česká zbrojovka a.s. and, consequently, we analyze the current system of employee motivation applied in this company. In the final part of the thesis we designed a project which should lead to an improvement of the current system of employee motivation together with the determination of its costs, its benefits as well as the risk and time analysis.	en
