Cílem mé bakalářské práce je seznámení se a nastudování dostupné literatury v teoretických oblastech jako je motivace, pracovní motivace, stimulace pracovníků, zdroje motivace, které se budou týkat teoretické časti mé bakalářské práce. V praktické časti bakalářské práce se krátce zabývám, charakteristikou firmy J.P. Plast s.r.o., její historií, produkty. Stěžejní částí je analýza motivačních faktorů a stimulace zaměstnanců pomocí výzkumné sondy. Zpracované výsledky nám slouží pro zjištění aktuální firemní situace v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců a jejich stimulace. Součástí mé bakalářské práce je i návrh jak danou problematiku zlepšit, aplikovat nastudovanou látku do firemního prostředí a přispět k lepší motivaci zaměstnanců v podniku J.P. Plast s.r.o. |
