Diplomová práce si klade za cíl vytvořit projekt financování rekonstrukce budovy bývalé školy na dům pro seniory v obci Lipinka. Žádost o dotaci bude podána do operačního programu Rozvoje venkova, který je vypsán Evropskou unií. Na základě rozpočtu jednotlivých činností projektu je sestaven plán financování. Je zde promítnuto poskytnutí prostředků z Evropské unie, rozpočtu ČR a také spolufinancování obce. |
