Táto bakalárska práca analyzuje výrobu skúšobného modelu vstrekovacej formy na CNC frézovačke. Teoretická časť práce popisuje teóriu obrábania pri frézovaní , rozdelením fré-zovačiek, fréz a materiálov, ktoré sa používajú na výrobu fréz. Ďalej sa práca zaoberá stručným popisom najpoužívanejších CAM systémov. V praktickej časti sa rieši samotná výroba modelu od prípravy výroby až po samotné zhotovenie na CNC frézovačke. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on the production of a pilot model of the injection mold on the CNC milling machine. The theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at the theory of cut-ting at milling, the division of milling machines, milling tools and materials used for pro-ducing milling tools as well. Moreover, the work is dealing with the concise description of the most used CAM systems. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the production of the pilot model itself, from the run-in of production to very making on the CNC milling machine. |
