Moje bakalářská práce na téma Reprodukční zdraví a zdravý životní styl se v teoretické části zaměřuje na definici reprodukčního a sexuálního zdraví, na determinanty zdraví. Zmíněna je zde reprodukční soustava ženy a muže, faktory ovlivňující reprodukční zdraví, pohlavní nemoci a nejčastější poruchy reprodukčního zdraví. Následně je zde zmíněno těhotenství, tj. vznik a průběh těhotenství, změny organismu u těhotné ženy a vývoj plodu v jednotlivých měsících. V neposlední řadě je v teoretické části zmíněn životní styl žen v průběhu těhotenství, který je zaměřen především na emoce a stres, spánek, stravu, pitný režim, tělesný pohyb, pravidelnou stolici a močení, alkohol, kouření a na sex v těhotenství. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na těhotné ženy, které očekávají jejich první dítě. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je cílem zjistit věk současných mladých žen při jejich prvním těhotenství. Dále objasnit nejčastější důvody, které mohou vést u mladých párů k odkladu těhotenství na pozdější dobu, zjistit zdravotní a sociální situaci u žen před otěhotněním a nakonec podat přehled o možnostech sebepéče těhotných žen a zjistit, co všechno budoucí matky dělají pro své zdraví. |

My bachelor work themed Reproductive health and healthy- life style in its theoretical part focused on definition of reproductive ans sexual health and on determiners health. Mentioned is here reproductive system of woman and man, factors influencing reproductive health, sexual- transmitted diseases and the most frequent disturbances of reproductive health. Subsequently is here mentioned pregnancy, it is rise and course of pregnancy, changes organism at gravid woman and foetus development in single months. Finally it describes women healthy- life style along pregnant focused on emotion and stress, sleep, healthy food, drinkable, exercise, regular stool and urination, alcohol, smoking and sex in pregnancy in its teoretic part. The practical part is focused on pregnant women, who are expect their fist baby and by the help of questionnaire inquiry is aim find out age of present- day young women at their first pregnancy. Futher clear up most frequent reason that may lead near young couple to delay pregnancy on later date, find out health and social situation near women pregravidic and in the end hand to view of possibilities of themselves- care of gravid women and find out what all incoming mothers do for their health. |
