dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je navrhnúť projekt implementácie konceptu Balanced Scorecard do systému riadenia spoločnosti D PLAST, a.s., ktorá v súčasnosti tento strategický nástroj riadenia nevyužíva. Teoretická časť práce vysvetľuje rôzne aspekty riadenia výkonnosti firiem a predstavuje nový systém strategického riadenia Balanced Scorecard. Praktická časť oboznamuje s výsledkami prevedených analýz, ktoré majú za cieľ objasniť súčasnú pozíciu spoločnosti. Ďalej je navrhnutý samotný projekt implementácie BSC so všetkými jeho aspekty. V záverečná časť je venovaná návrhom a odporúčaniam spoločnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to propose a project to implement the concept of Balanced Scorecard management system in D PLAST, a. p. which is currently not used as the strategic management tool by this company. The theoretical part explains the different aspects of business performance management and a new system of strategic management, Balanced Scorecard. The practical part discusses the results of the thesis which will clarify the current position of the company. It is proposed the implementation of the BSC project itself with all its aspects. The final section is devoted to suggestions and recommendations of the company.	en
