dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem pomáhajících profesí, konkrétně všeobecných sester v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati, a.s. Jejím cílem je zjistit a zmapovat kolik všeobecných sester má negativní zkušenost s adaptací, zda nějakým způsobem ovlivnila jejich setrvání v profesi. Dále zjistit adaptaci všeobecných sester na pracovištích, kde pracují, zda jsou plně adaptovány. Výstupem práce je návrh opatření, které by vedly ke snížení negativních důsledků adaptace při nástupu do zaměstnání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the process of adaptation in medical assisting professions, namely general nurses at the Tomas Bata Memorial Hospital in Zlin. Its aim is to survey how many general nurses have had negative experience of adaptation and if this has, in any way, influenced their decision to stay in the profession. Also, it aims to investigate the level of adaptation of nurses in their workplaces and to find out whether they have adapted completely. The outcome of my work is the proposal of corrective measures to reduce negative effects of adaptation at the start of a new job.	en
