Práce se zabývá tématem psychohygieny v domovech se zvláštním režimem.Sociální služby procházejí v součastné době velkými změnami, což s sebou nese i zvýšení psychické zátěže všech pomáhajících pracovníků v těchto zařízeních. Pozornost v této práci je zaměřena zejména na duševní hygienu sociálních pracovníků. Je to především nárůst administrativní práce a snaha o co nejkvalitnější službu, co způsobuje u zaměstnanců stres a duševní nepohodu. Teoretická část je proto věnována i technikám psychohygieny a nalezení zdravého životního stylu. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum, který analyzuje vliv relaxace na sociální a zdravotní pracovníky v konkrétním domově. |

The work deals with the theme of the psychological hygiene in the home-place with the special treatment. The social services pass at present through great changes which bring an enhancement of psychical stress for all general workers in these establishments. The attention in this work is mostly paid to the mental hygiene of the social workers. They are mostly growth of administrative works and the efforts for the best services which cause stress and mental disgruntlement of the employees. The theoretical part is therefore devoted to the technics of the psychological hygiene and finding of the healthy lifestyle. The practical part concentrates on research which analyses the influence of relaxing on the social and medical workers in the concrete home-place. |
