dc.description.abstract	Bakalářské práce objasňuje činnosti v silniční nákladní dopravě a řízení dopravního podniku. V praktické části práce se analyzuje stávající stav dopravního podniku a poskytuje návod jak nejlépe optimalizovat činnosti v dopravním podniku za účelem maximalizace zisku s ohledem na náklady podniku. Na základě teoretických i praktických řešení jsou analyzovány příklady a je poskytnut odůvodňující závěr.	cs
