Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vypracovat hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu na nákup tabletovacího lisu ve společnosti Solné mlýny, a.s. Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní informace o problematice investic a investičního procesu. Dále je zaměřena na vymezení peněžních toků plynoucích z investice, výpočet diskontní sazby podniku a charakteristiku jednotlivých metod hodnocení ekonomické efek-tivnosti investic. Teoretická část zahrnuje také popis jednotlivých analýz provedených v analytické části práce. Analytická část začíná popisem firmy a investičního projektu. Dále navazují vypracované potřebné analýzy: PEST, Porterova a finanční analýza. Na základě plánovaného cash flow projektu a stanovení diskontní sazby jsou vypočteny jednotlivé me-tody pro hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Dále je podrobněji rozebráno financování projek-tu a je provedena analýza citlivosti. Poslední částí práce je navrhnutí závěrečných doporu-čení pro analyzovanou firmu. |

The main aim of this diploma thesis was worked up the evaluation of effectiveness of in-vestment project for purchasing tablet press in the company Solné mlýny, a.s. The theoretical part includes the basic information about investments and the investment decisions. Further, it is intent on problems of the determination of cash flow resulting from investment, the calculation of business discount rate and the characterization of methods for evaluation of effectiveness. This part includes also the characteristics of the analysis that are fulfilled in analytical part. The analytical part starts with description of the com-pany and the investment project. Further they are analyses needed for elaboration: PEST, Porter's and finally the financial analysis. On the basis of project's planning cash flow and the calculation of business discount rate, there are performed calculations of economic ef-fectiveness according to the single method. In the next part there takes analyse about finan-cial source and then is used analyse of sensitivity. The last part is proposed recommenda-tions for analysed company. |
