Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část je věnována činnosti manželských a rodinných poraden a jejich odborníků. Zabývá se vývojem poradenství, požadavky na výkon poradenské profese a popisuje i průběh poradenského procesu. Dále je zde specifikována podoba dnešní rodiny, její problémy a krize, které jsou v manželských a rodinných poradnách řešeny. Druhá praktická část prezentuje empirický průzkum mezi klienty uvedených poraden. Cílem průzkumu bylo specifikovat klienty poraden a jejich problémy a současně poskytnout i zpětnou vazbu odborníkům v poradnách. |

This graduation theses is divided to two parts. The first theoretical part is devoted to activity of marriage and family counseling services and their specialists. This part is engaged in development of counseling, requirements for achievement of counseling career and it describes also course of counseling process. Next there is specified a form of present family, it's problems and crisis, which are solved in the marriage and family counseling services. The second practical part of this theses presents empirical research among the clients of counseling services. The aim of research were specify the clients of counseling services and their problems and simultaneously provide also feedback to specialists in counseling services. |
