Cílem práce bylo navrhnout způsob prevence mimořádných událostí v rámci kumulace odsouzených v objektech Vězeňské služby České republiky v typu věznice zvýšená ostraha, a tím posílit prvek bezpečnosti. V teoretické části je shromážděn stručný historický vývoj vězeňství, účel trestu v českém trestním právu, trest odnětí svobody, charakterizována Vězeňská služba České republiky a souhrn prostředků, které jsou využívány v praxi. Předestřeny byly jevy, které mohou být impulzem k vyvolání mimořádné situace. V prak-tické části byly tyto jevy analyzovány a navrženy možné prvky, které by svou povahou zvýšily prevenci mimořádných událostí ve zvýšené ostraze a zajištění bezpečnosti. |

The main purpose of the work was to design the way of prevention of especial events within cumulation of convicted persons in the installations of the Prison service of the Czech Republic in the specific type of prison, the maximum security prison, and also strenghten the element of security. The theoretical part is devoted to the brief historical prison development, the purpose of punishment in the Czech criminal law, life imprisonment, the characteristics of the Prison service of the Czech Republic and the summary of means used in practice. These phenomena have been analyzed in the practical part, there have been also designed the possible elements which would raise the prevention of especial events in maximum security and arrange for security. |
