Bakalářské práce s názvem "Dobrovolnictví - práce se seniory v sociálních službách" je zaměřena na práci v sociálních službách pro seniory, především formou dobrovolnictví, a dále se věnuje také stárnutí a změnám, které s sebou stárnutí přináší. Bakalářská práce je členěna do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti stárnutí a sociálních služeb. V kapitolách o stárnutí jsou popsány znaky stárnutí, příčiny stárnutí a demografické vlivy. Dále se práce věnuje sociálním službám, které jsou vhodné pro seniory, a také typem zařízení pro poskytování těchto služeb. Následuje legislativa v sociálních službách, dobrovolnictví, práce dobrovolníka v sociálních službách, a v posledních kapitolách teoretické části se věnuji dobrovolnickému centru, a to především Národnímu dobrovolnickému centru Hestia. Praktická část je zaměřena na zmapování činností seniorů v sociálních zařízeních a míry využívání práce dobrovolníků v těchto zařízeních. Tato výzkumná činnost byla založena na odpovědích uváděných seniory v dotazníkovém šetření. |

Undergraduate thesis entitled "Volunteering - working with the elderly in social services" is focused on working in social services for the elderly, especially in the form of volunteering, and he is also aging and changes that come with aging brings. Bachelor thesis is divided in two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical section explains the basic concepts of aging and social services. The chapters on aging are described signs of aging, causes of aging and demographic influences. This work is also dedicated to social services, which are suitable for the elderly, as well as the type of equipment to provide these services. Followed by legislation in social services, volunteering, volunteer work in social services, and the last chapters of the theoretical part volunteer center and especially the National Center volunteer Hestia. The practical part is focused on mapping the activities of the elderly in social institutions and the degree exploitation of the work of volunteers in such establishments. This research work was based on responses put seniors in the survey. |
