Bakalářská práce na téma ?Uplatňování práv mentálně postižených v domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením? obsahuje v první části popis pojmu mentální retardace, příčiny jejího vzniku a výskyt v populaci. Ve druhé části se zabývá historií péče o osoby mentálně postižené a ústavní péčí u nás. Třetí část definuje lidská práva, dokumenty vymezující lidská práva, objasňuje zbavení a omezení způsobilosti k právním úkonům a postavení opatrovníka. Ve čtvrté části je popsána nová právní úprava týkající se sociálních služeb. V páté části jsou definovány standardy kvality sociálních služeb a jejich zavádění u poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. Rozpracováním standardu č. 2 jsou charakterizována jednotlivá práva uživatelů v zařízeních Centra sociálních služeb ve městě Brně. |
