V bakalářské práci je hodnoceno hospodaření obce Všemina v průběhu let 2005-2007. Teoretická část vysvětluje obecně pojmy jako je obec, rozpočet obce, majetek a finanční struktura obce. Přičemž v analytické části jsou tyto obecné pojmy převedeny na obec Všemina, hodnocení je pojato formou analýzy. Předmětem analýzy je majetek a zdroje krytí obce, hodnocení plnění rozpočtu příjmů a výdajů obce. Zadluženost obce je vyjádřena ukazatelem dluhové služby. V práci je zahrnut i projekt výstavby kanalizace a čističky odpadních vod, který má obec v plánu realizovat. |

Bachelor work evaluates management of the Vsemina municipality during the years 2005-2007. The theoretical part explains definitions like municipality, budget of municipality, possession and financial structure of the municipality whereas in the analytic part these definitions are applied on the municipality of Vsemina itself. Evaluation is done by the form of analysis. The subject of the analysis is the possession of the municipality and the sources of covering the municipality, evaluation of the budget performance of receipts and expenditure. Indebtedness of the municipality is expressed by the indicator of debt's service. In this work is also included a project of drainage and sewerage plant construction which the municipality intends to realize. |
