Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou krizové intervence u dětí a mladistvých. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmem "krizová intervence" všeobecně. Poté je již práce rozdělena na samostatné části, a to krizové intervence, kde zmiňuji krizové situace, které se mohou vyskytnou u dětí. Dále se zaměřuji na telefonickou krizovou intervenci dítěte či jeho rodičů a následnou krizovou intervence s dítětem a jeho rodinou. Závěrečnými kapitolami jsou pracoviště krizové pomoci, služeb a intervence. V praktické části jsem se zabývala výzkumem, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost žáků základních škol o krizové intervenci a o existenci Linky bezpečí. Zkoumala jsem, zda žáci znají formy pomoci, kdyby se ocitli v těžké životní situaci, kam se v takové situaci obrátit a zda by dokázali pomoci kamarádovi, kdyby se ocitl v krizové situaci. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the crisis intervention in children and adolescents. In the theoretical part, it deals with the concept of "crisis intervention" in general. Later on the work is divided into separate parts as follows: crisis intervention in children, various crisis situations that may occur in children, the telephone crisis intervention, e.g. when a child calls because of parents or when a parent calls because of a child, and the subsequent crisis intervention with the child and his/her family. The final chapters focus on workplaces of crisis assistance and intervention services. These workplaces have been divided into foreign and local workstation operating in the Czech Republic. In the practical part I have conducted a research, the aim of which was to determine what or whether primary school pupils know about crisis intervention and the existence of the emergency phone line. I have been trying to find out whether the students know any forms of emergency assistance help in case they found themselves in a difficult life situation, where to go and whether they would be able to help a friend if he/she was in some kind of a crisis situation. |
