Bakalářskou práci, kterou právě budete číst, jsem vypracovala na téma Motivace a stimulace pracovníků ve společnosti EC - TECH a.s. V teoretické části jsem na základě odborné literatury vysvětlila pojmy motivace a motiv, stimulace a stimul, a jak probíhá motivace a stimulace na pracovišti. V praktické části jsem prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjišťovala, zdali jsou pracovníci společnosti EC - TECH a.s. spokojeni se stimuly, které jim společnost nabízí a zdali jsou dostatečně motivování v pracovním procesu. Výsledky průzkumu jsem vyhodnotila slovně a graficky a na jejich základě jsem navrhla doporučení. |

I have elaborated the Bachelor's Work you are about to read on the topic Motivating and Stimulating Employees at EC - TECH a.s. Company. The theoretical part explains, based on the professional literature, the terms motivation and motive, stimulation and stimulus and the course of motivation and stimulation at workplace. In the practical part, I have tried to find out through a questionnaire research whether the EC - TECH a.s. employees are satisfied with the stimuli provided by the company and whether they are motivated enough in the work process. I have analysed the research results both verbally and in graphics and upon those results I have proposed recommendations. |
