Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je posoudit, zda je okres Nový Jičín dostatečně plošně pokryt jednotkami požární ochrany. Teoretická část práce je věnována problematice ochra-ny obyvatelstva, integrovaného záchranného systému, Hasičského záchranného sboru, jed-notek požární ochrany a plošnému pokrytí. Praktická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakte-ristiku okresu Nový Jičín, na rozdělení hasebních obvodů, ochranu obyvatelstva a rozdělení jednotek požární ochrany v okresu. Následně je věnována pozornost otázkám příslušných výpočtů vztažných k plošnému pokrytí, předurčenosti jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů na dopravní nehody a vytypovaní jednotek kategorie V - oblast civilní ochrany. V závěru práce je zhodnoceno, zda je plošné pokrytí okresu Nový Jičín dostatečné a které jednotky kategorie V se budou podílet na civilní ochraně při vzniku mimořádné události. |

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to consider if Nový Jíčín township is covered enough by units of fire prevention department. The theoretical part of the work is focused on populati-on protection, Integrated Rescue System, Fire and Rescue Service, the fire protection and widespread coverage. The practical part is focused on general characteristics of Novy Jicin district, the distribution of fire area, protection of the population and distribution of fire protection in the district. Subsquent part is focused on the issues of particular calculations referenced to the widespread coverage, predestination Corps volunteer fire-fighting units to traffic accidents and the the determination of category V - the field of civil protection. In conclusion of this work, there is evaluated whether the widespread coverage of Novy Jicin district sufficient and that the category V will be involved in civil protection if emergency occurs. |
