Jako téma mé diplomové práce jsem si vybral Regeneraci areálu SVIT. Toto jsem zvolil z několika důvodů, především ale proto, že mi není lhostejný osud právě tohoto města a že bych rád viděl přeměnu nevzhledného továrního areálu v důstojnou část Zlína. V první, teoretické časti, vysvětluji základní pojmy a objasňuji problematiku brownfields v obecné rovině. V praktické časti popisuji osud areálu Svit a předkládám vlastní představu o podobě areálu. Hlavním cílem práce bude představit možnou podobu areálu včetně funkcí jednotli-vých budov a financování regenerace. |

For my master thesis I chose the topic of the recovery of the Svit premises. I chose this for several reasons but above all because the fate of this town is not indifferent to me and be-cause I would like to see the bad-looking factory area transform into a dignifying part of Zlín. In the first, theoretical part, I explain basic terms and clarify the issues of brownfields on a general basis. In the practical part I describe the fate of the Svit area and I translate my own vision of the future look of the premises. The main goal of my thesis is to introduce a possible image of the area including the function of each building and the funding of this recovery. |
