dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o supervizi v sociálních službách jako o nástroji profesního rozvoje jednotlivce a organizace. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými informacemi o tom, co je supervize v sociálních služ-bách, jaké jsou možnosti nastavení procesu supervize a jejího využití. Věnuje se také le-gislativnímu vymezení požadavku supervize a definuje pojem sociální služba, konkrétně se zabývá službami sociální prevence. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením, jehož hlavním cílem je zma-povat proces supervize v o. s. Onyx a vyhodnotit její přínos pro profesní rozvoj pracovníků a organizaci. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno v lednu a únoru 2009 v občanském sdru-žení Onyx ve Zlíně.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Master thesis discusses the supervision in social services as a tool of the professional development of an individual and an organization. In the theoretic part, there are general information about the supervision in social services, what are the possibilities of the set-up of the process of the supervision and its usage. It also describes the legislative delimitation of the requirement of the supervision and defines the conception of the social service, especially the services of the social prevention. The practical part contains the qualitative research which has the main aim to describe the process of the supervision in the civil association Onyx and to analyse its benefits for the professional development of the employees and the organization. The research was realized in January and February 2009 in the civil association Onyx in Zlin.	en
