Cieľom diplomovej práce je vytvorenie projektu, ktorý by spoločnosti ZVS holding, a.s. pomohol získať nenávratný finančný príspevok na financovanie technológie. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch častí. Teoretická časť sa zameriava na charakteristiku malých a stredných podnikov, na fondy Európskej únie a na požiadavky, ktoré sa musia splniť pri tvorbe projektov. V praktickej časti analyzujem okrem finančnej i dotačnú situáciu spoločnosti. V závere práce vytvorím projekt na získanie finančného príspevku z fondov EÚ na financovanie technológie potrebnej pri výrobe plošných spojov v spoločnosti ZVS holding a.s. |

The aim of the diploma thesis is a creation of project which helps to obtain a nonrefundable grant for financing technology to a joint-stock company ZVS holding. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of small and middle companies, on the European funds and on the demands which a company has to carry out in the process of a project creation. In the practical part I analyze a financial situation of the company and situation of subsidies. In the end of the thesis I create a project to obtain financial grant from the European funds to finance the technologies which are need in the production of printed circuit in the joint-stock company ZVS holding. |
