Tato práce si v teoretické části klade za cíl popsat soudobou společnost v kontextu s kriminalitou, popsat rozdíly mezi výkonem vazby a výkonem trestu odnětí svobody a ozřejmit příčiny, vlivy a důsledky psychosociální zátěže vězeňského prostředí. Ve výzkumné části šetření je cílem zjistit, z jakých rodin pocházejí osoby, které se ocitly ve vězení a do jaké míry mohla mít rodinná výchova vliv na jejich situaci, ve které se nyní nachází a dále zjistit pořadí nejzátěžovějších faktorů psychiky u jednotlivých skupin (prvotrestaných, vazebně stíhaných a mladistvých ? mladých dospělých). |

The aim of theoretical part of this work is to describe present society in the context of criminality, to show the differences between remanding in prison and serving one ś prison sentence, and to make clear the causes, influences and results of psychosocial stress of the prison atmosphere. The researchal part of this work proposes an analysis of the family background of imprisoned people and its impact on their current situation. At the same time it arranges in order the psychical stressors of the individual groups (first-time offenders, prosecuted in remand prison, and juvenile offenders). |
