dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je přiblížit nakládání s odpady z hromadného stravování a postupy jídelen při jeho třídění. Součástí práce jsou uvedeny zákony a nařízení o odpadech, které musí jídelny dodržovat. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny alternativní způsoby odstraňování odpadů. V poslední části je skutečné nakládání se zbytky v jídelnách a jejich dodržování zákonů.	cs
