Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru společnosti X.Y s.r.o, který spočívá ve výstavbě golfového hřiště, včetně výstavby souvisejících ob-služných objektů a provozů a související dopravní a technické infrastruktury. V teoretické části je zpracovaná literální rešerše zaměřená na investiční činnost podniku. V praktické části jsou pak stanoveny všechny odhadované výnosy a náklady celé investice, analyzová-ny všechny fáze investice, zohledněny a promítnuty omezující podmínky a rizika, financo-vání, postupy hodnocení efektivnosti a také propočteny některé metody hodnocení investic. Závěrem je navržení určitých doporučení firmě, zda tuto investici přijmout, či ne. |

The target of this bachelor thesis is company XY s.r.o. investment object evaluation. The investment object itself consists of golf course building including its facilities and service and technical infrastructure. Literature background research is worked out in the theoretical part. This background research is focused on company investment activity. All the estima-ted returns and costs are shown in the practical part together with investment stages analy-sis, risk analysis with constrains, financing and efficiency evaluation procedures. There are also some investment efficiency method calculations for this project. Some of the recom-mendations are in the final part of this task including the conclusion whether to accept or refuse this investment object. |
