Úkolem bakalářské práce bylo pojednat o umělých sladidlech, zejména teoreticky porovnat jejich sladivosti se sukralosou. Dalším krokem bylo stanovení sukralosy ve vzorcích mine-rálních vod a cukrenu. Pro její detekci bylo využito instrumentálních metod, FT-IR a HPLC s refraktometrickou detekcí. |
