Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou migrace a nezletilou osobou bez dopro-vodu. V teoretické části popisuji migraci, její rozdělení, právní rámec, který se tímto zabý-vá a seznamuji s těmi, kdo se podílí v procesu o nezletilé osoby. Dále popisuji přístup ke vzdělávání pro cizince. V praktické části se zabývám statistikou příchodu azylantů a nezle-tilých bez doprovodu. Jedná se o kvantitativní výzkum pomocí analýzy dat a výpočtem chí kvadrátu. |

My degree work is concerned with migration and an the underage people not ac-companied. In the theoretical part I describe migration, its division, the law frame of mi-gration and i inform about people who look after underage person. In the other part i describe the access to education of foreigners. In the practical part i deal with the statistic of asylum seekers arrival and underaged people uncompanied. It is a quantitative research by the data analyse and the chi square calculation. |
