Diplomová práce pojednává o veřejné a zejména o územní správě ve Spolkové republice Německo. Je zde popsán vývoj veřejné správy v německých zemích, v další části je charakterizován systém německé veřejné správy a nejdůležitějších spolkových orgánů. Poté je podrobně popsána struktura územní správy, odlišující a sjednocující prvky a také modely obecního uspořádání v Německu. V praktické části je popsáno územněsprávní členění vybraných spolkových zemí a je uvedeno srovnání vybraných prvků německé územní správy se situací v České republice. |

This dissertation treats of public administration, and especially of territorial administration in Federal Republic of Germany. There is described the public administration development in German countries, in the next part, there is characterized the system of German public administration and the most important federal authorities. Then there is described in detail the structure of territorial administration, differential and unifying elements and also the models of municipal organization in Germany. In the practical part, there is described territorially-administrative division of selected federal countries and there is also introduced the comparison of selected German public administration elements with situation in the Czech Republic. |
