Obsahem této práce je analyzování konkurenčního prostředí firmy METRA Šumperk s.r.o. se sídlem v Šumperku. V práci identifikuji konkurenci firmy na trhu s měřící a regulační technikou. Postupně vybrané konkurenty a podnikové prostředí firem. Určuji jejich silné a slabé stránky. V práci je použita SWOT analýza, portfoliová analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil a rozdělení konkurence podle tržního podílu. |

I have started my project with studying of literature. I have gatheredabout the company from web adress and inner sources of METRA Šumperk s.r.o. which were accesed to me by the company. I have gained the information about competition from internet, from price-lists. It was not easy to received some information becouse companies do not wish to report the information to the public. In teoretic parts I use the literature and choose possible analysis, which I consulting with manager my project and with others workers, that are specialist in the same branch. In practice parts I started with short presentation of company, in which I make the project. As first, I have created SWOT analysis of METRA Šumperk s.r.o. I finded of, which strenghtss and weaknesses and wich opportunities and threats the company have and how are important. |
