Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou obyvatelstva při mimořádných událostí,chování obyvatel při mimořádných událostech,samosprávě dotčených orgánů a osob k ochraně obyvatelstva,vyrozumění ,varovaní obyvatel.Vzdělávání příslušných oborníků v oblasti krizového řízení na určitých pozicích,dále se zmiňuji o edukaci dospělé populace v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva,systém příprav osob a obsahové zaměření.V teoretické části objasňuji základní pojmy,na které se v jednotlivých kapitolách zaměřuji.V praktické části se zabývám současným stavem v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva a v neposlední řadě navrhnu svoji představu o vzdělávání dospělé populace v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the population protection during emergency events, behaviour of population during these emergency events, autonomy of instititions involved in the population protection and their notification and warning. Another area depicted in the thesis is education of different specialists in the field of emergency management as well as education of the adult population concerning population protection, the system of preparation of individuals and its contents. In the theoretical part the basic conceptions are explained and these are later described in detail in the following chapters. The practical part focuses on the current situation in the population protection and also a conception for the education of the adult population in the area of population protection. |
