Tato práce je zaměřena na přípravu 2-[(2-oxoacyl)amino]benzoových kyselin, které vznikají při oxidačním štěpení 3-hydroxychinolin-2,4(1H,3H)-dionů účinkem kyseliny pentahydrogenjodisté nebo jodistanu sodného. Práce se dále zabývá reaktivitou připravených 2-[(2-oxoacyl)amino]benzoových kyselin. U vybraných sloučenin popisuje jejich kyselou hydrolýzu, která vedla ke vzniku kyseliny anthranilové, a cyklizaci účinkem acetanhydridu a pyridinu, která vedla ke vzniku ethylidenbenzo[e][1,4]oxazepin-2,5(1H,3H)-dionů a v jednom případě k 2-benzoyl-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-4-onu. |

This work is aimed to prepare of 2-[(2-oxoacyl)amino]benzoic acids, which are formed by oxidation cleavage of 3-hydroxyquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones with orthoperiodic acid or sodium periodate. The further goal of this paper is study of reactivity of prepared 2-[(2-oxoacyl)amino]benzoic acids. Work deals preparation of anthranilic acid by hydrolysis of chosen compounds and cyclization of 2-[(2-oxoacyl)amino]benzoic acids which leads to ethylidenbenzo[e][1,4]oxazepine-2,5(1H,3H)-diones and in one case to 2-benzoyl-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-4-one. |
