dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá podmínkami bydlení seniorů v domovech důchodců. Na začátku se zaměřuji na otázku stárnutí. Potom se zabývám tím, jak lidé žijí v domovech důchodců, jaké jsou jejich potřeby a požadavky. Zamýšlím se rovněž nad právy a povinnostmi zaměstnanců i samotných seniorů. Zmiňuji také možnosti pracovní rekvalifikace a pracovních terapií. Posledním problémem analyzovaným v této práci je zdravotní a komplexní péče v domovech důchodců.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the living conditions of pensioners in retirements homes. At the very beginning I focus on the aspect of ageing process. Then I dwell on how people live in retirements homes, what their needs and requirements are. I also consider rights and duties of the employees as well as the pensioners' ones. Also the possibilities of pensioners' professional re-qualification and work-related therapies are mentioned. The last issue analysed in this thesis is the basic health and complex care in retirements homes.	en
