Diplomová práca je zameraná na vytvorenie projetku zvyšovania konkurencieschopnosti Tatra banka, a.s. so sídlom v Piešťanoch v oblasti klientskeho servisu formou metódy mystery shopping. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti - teoretickú, analytickú a projektovú. V prvej časti sú zhrnuté najdoležitejšie poznatky z oblasti konkurencie, postavenia firmy v konkurenčnom prostredí a mystery shoppingu ako výskumnej metódy. Tieto poznaky sú prakticky použité v druhej - analytickej časti práce, kde sú taktiež uvedené východiská pre vypracovanie projektu - analýza súčasnej konkurencieschopnosti a analýza vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia spoločnosti. Získané poznatky sú podkladom pre vypracovanie tretej časti - projekt zvýšenia konkurencieschopnosti v oblasti klientskeho servisu, ktorý je analyzovaný z časového, nákladového a rizikového hľadiska. |

Diploma thesis is focused on creation of project of increasing competitiveness of Tatra banka, a.s. in providing of client service by mystery shopping. The thesis contains from three parts - theoretical, analytical and project part. In the first part, there are summarized the most important theoretical information regarding the competition, company position in competition environment and mystery shopping. Information are used in analytical part of the work, which indicates data for creation of the project - analysis of contemporary competitiveness and analyses of niternal and external background. The third part of this thesis - increasing competitiveness project in field of client service is based on information from the analytical part of the work. |
