dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce, nazývající se "Problematika ošetřovatelské a pečovatelské služby u klientů v zařízeních sociálních služeb, je zaměřena na spokojenost seniorů v daných zařízeních. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část má čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola je zaměřena na stárnutí a fyzické a psychické změny s ním spojené. Druhá kapitola definuje pojem ošetřovatelství a ošetřovatelský proces. Třetí kapitola se zabývá komunitou, komunitní péčí a prací. Ve čtvrté kapitole objasňuji zákon č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a sociální služby. V praktické části zjišťuji pomocí dotazníku spokojenost seniorů v zařízeních sociálních služeb.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis called The problems of domicilary services and day care in clients from social services institutions is focused on satisfaction of elderly. The thesis is devided in theoretical and practical part. There are four chapters in the theoretical part. Growing old and associated physical and psychice changes is a theme of the chapter one. Chapter two defines the concept of nursing and nursing process. Chapter three is concentrated on comu-nity, community work and care.
