Bakalářská práce na téma Výchovní pracovníci dětských táborů v teori a praxi je rozdělena do části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je vypracována jako přehled informací, s kterými má být seznámen každý vychovatel (zaměstnanec dětského tábora), který nemá potřebné zkušenosti a kvalifikaci. Práce je výsledkem sběru informací z odborné literatury a z internetových stránek. V úvodu je ve zkratce vysvětlena historie dětských táborů, důležitost her. Hlavní část tvoří kapitoly, s kterými by měl být každý oddílový vedoucí dětských táborů seznámen, např.: bezpečnost práce s dětmi a mládeží, teorie výchovy a vedení oddílu, právní důsledky, přibližuje některá období v životě dětí z pohledu vývojové psychologie a pedagogiky. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na kvalifikaci oddílových vedoucích na dětských táborech. Zda mají pedagogické vzdělání, kurz pro oddílové vedoucí, zda jsou proškoleni provozovatelem tábora a zda je jejich motivací pracovat s dětmi finanční odměna. Průzkum je veden formou dotazníků. Respondenti jsou přímo z řad oddílových vedoucích. |

This Bachelor's Work focuses on basic information which should be known to every unit counsellor, adult supervisor at a summer camp for children. The text has been based on individual lessons of the specialization, i.e. pedagogy, psychology, theory of education and law. The work was written with an objective to be use in practice. It is designed for people who work with children and teenagers at summer camps and do not have needed experience or qualification. The theoretical part is the result of collection of materials which the counsellor should know about the activity organized for children and teenagers at a summer camp. Professional literature, training materials and internet were used as the source. The Bachelor's Work contains some interesting information about some rules of the safety at work, it details some periods in the life of children from the viewpoint of development psychology, theory of education and unit management, it underlines the importance of games in the life of children and points out some legal consequences that may occur within the duration of summer camps. The practical part of the Bachelor's Work deals with the qualification of unit counsellors at summer camps, for example, whether they have the needed pedagogical education, passed special training designed for unit counsellors or have been trained by the camp organizer. The Work also deals with the issue whether the unit counsellors'work with children is motevated by financial remuneration, friendship, games and nice experiences. The research is made in the form of a questionnaire. The respondents are people working as unit counsellors. |
