Tato práce je zaměřena na stručné zmapování problematiky Úmluvy o právech dítěte a s ní souvisejících dokumentů ochrany práv dítěte v České republice. Dalším tématem je vlastní realizace práv dětí, jejich sociálně a trestně-právní ochrana a činnost veřejného ochránce práv v České republice. Samostatná kapitola je pak věnována náhradní rodinné a ústavní péči z hlediska současné legislativy a problémům, které se tohoto tématu týkají. V práci jsou rovněž uvedeny výsledky ankety, zaměřené na základní povědomí společnosti o dokumentech, upravujících práva dětí a na povědomí společnosti o formách náhradní péče. |

This project is concentrated on brief monitoring of problems connected with Convention on children rights and related documents on protection of children rights in the Czech Republic. The real implementation of children rights, their social and penalty legal protection and activities of public ombudsman in the Czech Republic are the further topics. The separate unit deals with alternative family and hospital treatment from the point of view of present legislation and problems connected with this matter. In the projects there are also mentioned results of survey oriented on basic knowledge of the society on documents, which regulate children rights, and knowledge of the society on forms of alternative treatments. |
