dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob v podniku. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje úvod a všeobecnou charakteristiku řízení zásob přes nákup až po skladování. Praktická část zahrnuje představení společnosti Invos, spol. s.r.o., kde je popsán rozbor říze-ní zásob v podniku, nákup a skladování za rok 2007 a 2008. Jsou zde nastíněny i různá doporučení, která firma může následně aplikovat a využívat.	cs
