dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem informovanosti klientů s pylovou alergií. V teoretické části jsou popsané základy fyziologie imunitního systému a klasifikace jednotlivých druhů alergenů. Blíže je popsána diagnostika a léčba pylové alergie. Velká část práce se zabývá pylovou informační službou, nejvýznamnějšími pylovými alergeny, a přehledem sezónních projevů pylové alergie. V praktické části jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny výsledky průzkumu dotazníkového šetření, které byly zaměřeny na informovanost klientů o pylové alergii.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with acquaintance for clients with pollen allergy. There are described elements of the immune systém physiology and classification of the types of allergens in the theoretic part of the thesis. There is described the diagnostics and the treatment of the pollen allergy. A great deal of the thesis is engaged in the pollen information service as well as the most remarkable pollen allergy and in the summary of the seasonal pollen allergy signs. There is an elaboration and an output evaluation of the research in the practical part of the thesis. This research was focused on clients' foreknowledge about the pollen allergy.	en
