dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje tématu rizik a spolehlivosti lidského faktoru na jaderné elektrárně. Identifikuje pojem riziko, lidský faktor, spolehlivost v obecné rovině. Popisuje metody analýzy rizika, které jsou nezbytnou součástí spolehlivosti systému a chybovosti lidského činitele. Praktická část je zaměřená na systém řízení. Velká část je věnovaná PSA analýze, která je pro tuto problematiku klíčová. Poslední část je věnovaná hodnocení lidského faktoru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of risks and reliability of the human factor at the nuclear power plant. It identifies the concept of risk, the human factor, reliability in general terms. It describes the methods of risk analysis that are an essential part of the reliability of the system and the error rate of the human agent. The practical part is focused on the management system. Much of it is devoted to PSA analysis, which is crucial to this issue. The final section is devoted to the evaluation of the human factor.
