dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu ekonomiky a managementu hokejového klubu Berani Zlín. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zanalyzování současného stavu ekonomiky a managmentu. K tomu práce použila dílčí cíle v podobě porovnání hospodářských a organizačních struktur klubu s vybranými hokejovými celky a následně zhodnotila jeho postavení a zpracovala návrhy na zlepšení ekonomiky a managementu, z kterých by klub mohl potenciálně těžit do budoucna. V rámci řešení byla použita komparační metoda a v závěru SWOT analýza, z níž plynuly návrhy na zlepšení. Na základě zjištěných poznatků byly zformulovány návrhy na efektivnější fungování klubu v ekonomické i manažerské struktuře. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byla navržena možná opatření, obsahující zeštíhlení vlastnické struktury a zaměření se na aktivní hledání jednoho silného partnera.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the economy and management of the Berani Zlín hockey club. The main aim of the thesis was to analyze the current state of economy and management. To do this, the thesis used the sub-objectives of comparing the economic and organizational structures of the club with selected hockey units and then evaluated its position and developed proposals for improving the economy and management, from which the club could potentially benefit in the future. The solution used a comparative method and concluded with a SWOT analysis from which suggestions for improvement were made. Based on the findings, suggestions were formulated to make the club more efficient in its economic and managerial structure. Based on the findings, possible measures were proposed, including a slimming down of the ownership structure and a focus on actively seeking one strong partner.
