dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení současného stavu uplatnění participativního rozpočtu a předložení návrhů pro rozšíření této metody u municipalit nacházejících se na území okresu Jeseník. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit současný stav participativních rozpočtů a navrhnou opatření pro rozšíření a efektivnější využití této metody u municipalit na vybraném území. Pro dosažení těchto cílů byla provedena analýza území a kvantitativní výzkum pomocí standardizovaného dotazníkového šetření s doplněním kvalitativního výzkumu polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci municipalit. Tyto metody byly klíčové, především pro odhalení problémů či překážek realizace participativního rozpočtu. V závislosti na to byly navrhnuty řešení těchto překážek a taktéž byly představeny dva typy participativního rozpočtu s konkrétními parametry pro municipality, které se nacházejí na území okresu Jeseník.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master's thesis focuses on the valuation of the current state of the application of participatory budgeting and the presentation of proposals for the expansion of this method in the municipalities located in the territory of the Jesenik district. This thesis aimed to evaluate the current state of participatory budgeting and propose measures for the expansion and more effective use of this method in municipalities in the selected area. To reach the goals, an analysis of the territory was carried out and quantitative research used a standardized questionnaire survey with the addition of qualitative research through semi- structured interviews with representatives of municipalities. These methods were dominant, especially for revealing problems or obstacles to the fruition of participatory budgeting. Depending on these solutions to these obstacles were proposed two types of participatory budgets with specific parameters for municipalities located in the Jesenik district were also presented.
