Tato práce se snaží přiblížit možnosti adaptace na probíhající klimatické hrozby zejména v urbanizovaných oblastech za pomoci přírodě blízkých opatření s využitím konceptu modrozelené infrastruktury. Stěžejním cílem této práce je zanalyzovat současný stav životního prostředí města Rožnov pod Radhoštěm a v návaznosti na zjištěné skutečnosti předložit návrh vhodných modrozelených projektů se zaměřením na efektivní hospodaření s dešťovou vodou a dostatečné zastoupení zeleně v řešené oblasti. Teoretická část představuje ucelený pohled na problematiku modrozelené infrastruktury, její zakotvení na evropské i celostátní úrovni, včetně nástrojů, které lze využít na úrovni samospráv. Pro naplnění cíle je provedena analýza města ve vztahu k životnímu prostředí, dále pak dotazníkové šetření i polostrukturovaný rozhovor s vybraným zástupcem vedení města. V návaznosti na zjištěné skutečnosti jsou u vybraných ploch identifikovány současné problémy a zjištěn potenciál pro implementaci prvků modrozelené infrastruktury. Praktickým výstupem je pak již samotný návrh možných modrozelených projektů. |

This thesis attempts to approach the possibilities of adaptation to ongoing climate threats, especially in urbanized areas, by means of nature-friendly measures through the concept of the blue-green infrastructure. The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the current state of the environment of the town of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Based on the findings, a catalogue of suitable blue-green projects with a focus on efficient rainwater management and sufficient representation of greenery in the area is presented. The theoretical part presents a comprehensive view on the issue of the blue-green infrastructure, its anchoring at the European and national level including tools that can be used at the level of local governments. To fulfil the objective, a questionnaire survey as well as a semi-structured interview with a selected representative of the city management is carried out. In relation to the findings, the current problems are identified in selected areas and the potential for the implementation of blue-green infrastructure elements is revealed. The practical output is a proposal of possible blue-green projects. |
