Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hlubokým tažením plechů a následným měřením změny mechanických vlastností vlivem procesu tažení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první, teoretické části se pojednává o procesu tváření, materiálech vhodných k plošnému tváření, technologických a mechanických zkouškách, tepelném zpracování a simulacích procesu tváření. Praktická část je věnována volbě plechů různých tlouštěk a různých materiálů, tažení vzorků na zařízení BUP 600, měření změny mechanických vlastností vlivem procesu hlubokého tažení a vyhodnocení těchto změn. Dále se zabývá tvorbou simulací v softwaru AutoForm R8, které slouží k porovnání výsledků simulací a reálných výsledků. |

This thesis deals with the deep drawing of sheet metal and the subsequent measurement of the change in mechanical properties due to the drawing process. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part deals with the forming process, materials suitable for sheet forming, technological and mechanical tests, heat treatment and simulations of the forming process. The practical part is devoted to the selection of sheets of different thicknesses and materials, drawing of specimens on the BUP 600, measurement of changes in mechanical properties due to the deep drawing process and evaluation of these changes. It also deals with the creation of simulations in AutoForm R8 software, which are used to compare the results of simulations and real results. |
