Diplomová práca je zameraná na založenie Airbnb ubytovania v meste Trenčín. V teoretickej časti sú objasnené problematiky cestovného ruchu, zdieľanej ekonomiky a jej platforiem a nakoniec je predstavená spoločnosť Airbnb. Praktická časť má za úlohu dokázať výhodnosť založenia Airbnb ubytovania v Trenčíne pomocou porovnania Airbnb s hotelovým ubytovaním, predstavenia a SWOT analýzy mesta Trenčín a analýzy dostupných ubytovaní v Trenčíne na platformách Airbnb a Booking. Projektová časť je zameraná na jednotlivé kroky pri založení Airbnb ubytovania od výberu nehnuteľnosti, hypotéky až po kalkuláciu nákladov investície. |

The master thesis is focused on the establishment of Airbnb accommodation in the city of Trenčín. In the theoretical part, the issues of tourism, shared economy and its platforms are clarified, and finally the company Airbnb is introduced. The practical part has the task of proving the advantage of establishing an Airbnb accommodation in Trenčín by means of a comparison of Airbnb with hotel accommodation, an introduction and SWOT analysis of the city of Trenčín and an analysis of available accommodation in Trenčín on the Airbnb and Booking platforms. The project part is focused on the individual steps in establishing an Airbnb accommodation, starting with selection of a property and a mortgage, to the point of calculation of investment costs. |
