dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništích. Jsou vysvětleny relevantní pojmy, české právní předpisy a konkrétní rizika, kterým pracovníci stavenišť čelí. Také je uvedena česká i evropská statistika z oblasti pracovní úrazovosti na staveništích z období poslední dekády. Cílem praktické části práce je vyhodnocení stavu BOZP na staveništi skládky v Mutěnicích, jako jejíž zhotovitel se podílí stavební společnost XY, a navržení bezpečnostních opatření sloužících ke zvýšení bezpečnosti pracovníků staveniště při práci. Jsou využity metody analýzy rizik pozorování, kontrolní seznam a bodová polokvantitativní metoda PNH. Mimo to je hodnocen i postoj stavební společnosti v oblasti BOZP prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s výrobním ředitelem společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issues of Occupational Safety and Health on construction sites. Relevant terms, Czech legal regulations, and specific risks faced by construction workers are explained. Czech and European statistics on workplace accidents at construction sites from the last decade are also provided. The practical part of the thesis aims to evaluate the state of Occupational Safety and Health at the landfill construction site in Mutěnice, in which the construction company XY is involved as the contractor, and to propose safety measures to increase the safety of construction workers. Risk analysis methods such as observation, checklist, and the semi-quantitative PNH method are utilized. In addition, the construction company's attitude towards Occupational Safety and Health is evaluated through a semi-structured interview with the production manager of the company.
