dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší problematiku řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) v podmínkách průmyslového podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje analýzu normativních a legislativních požadavků v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v podmínkách ČR a EU. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu aspektů dotýkajících se BOZP v podmínkách průmyslu, zásady implementace a kontrolní mechanismy BOZP, modelový návrh v rámci řízení BOZP v průmyslovém podniku a hodnocení navrženého systému BOZP.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis addresses the issue of management of occupational safety and health (OSH) in industrial enterprise. The theoretical part contains an analysis of regulatory and legislative requirements in the area of health and safety at work in the Czech Republic and the EU. The practical part contains an analysis of aspects affecting the occupational health and safety conditions in the industry, the principles of implementation and monitoring mechanisms OSH, model design of the structure and management of occupational health and safety in industry and evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed system OSH.
