dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečnostní problematikou spojenou s nelegální migrací v rámci zemí Evropské unie a analýzou rizik spojenou s nelegální migrací v podmínkách České republiky. Ve vztahu k otevřené evropské azylové a migrační politice je provedena analýza legislativního stavu a vzájemných vazeb jak na úrovni Evropské unie, tak na úrovni České republiky. V práci jsou popsány nástroje a systémy využívané k odvrácení hrozeb nelegální migrace v podmínkách Evropské unie i České republiky. Praktická část analyzuje řešení konkrétního případu nelegálního pobytu cizince na území České republiky představujícího bezpečnostní hrozbu a neschopnost státní správy a justice za daných legislativních podmínek realizovat jeho pravomocné vyhoštění.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My diploma thesis deals with the security policy related to illegal migration in the European Union and analysis of the risks related to illegal migration under conditions of the Czech Republic. Referring to tolerant European policy of asylum and migration there is analysis of legislative state and mutual relations carried out on both the European Union and the Czech Republic levels. The tools and systems used to avert the threats of illegal migration under conditions of the European Union and the Czech Republic are depicted in the thesis. The practical part analyses the solution of the particular case of foreigner´s illegal stay that presents security threat and inability of state administration and judiciary to execute his ordinary expulsion under given legislative conditions.
