V této práci se budu zabývat obecnou otázkou mezinárodního organizovaného zločinu v oblasti krádeží motorových vozidel, jejich zabezpečení a následnému navrácení majitelům a součinnosti státní a soukromé sféry. V neposlední řadě chci poukázat na nutnost chránit movitý majetek v době rozmachu organizované trestné činnosti, stejně jako ochranu vlastních podnikatelských zájmů. Rovněž na široký okruh využitelnosti systému v různých odvětvích lidské činnosti. |

In this work I'll deal with common question of international organized crime in the area of theft of motor vehicles, their security and subsequent return to the owners and co - operation between the state and the private sphere.
