Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování investičního záměru a na analýzu různých forem jeho financování. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány investice a jejich možné zdroje financování. Finanční analýzu jsem rozebrala z mnoha různých pohledů. V diplomové prá-ci jsou dále popsány výhody nejužívanějších zdrojů financování. Následně jsou uvedeny metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic a řízení rizika. V závěru práce je popsáno jak by měl vypadat úspěšný podnikatelský záměr a jaké části by měl obsahovat. V praktické části práce je představena společnost ALMA PNEU, s.r.o. a je provedena finanční analýza této společnosti. Dále je zpracován podnikatelský záměr na nákup nové výrobní linky. V práci jsou zhodnoceny možné alternativy financování této investice. V závěru je zhodnocen celý investiční záměr. |

My master thesis is aimed on processing of business plan and on analyse of various forms of financing. In theoretical part there are analysed investment and their possible forms of financing. I have done financial analysis from lots of different points of view. There are described advantages of the most useful sorts of financing in this task. Consecutively, there are showed methods of assessment efficiency of investment and proceeding of risk. In conclusion, there is defined contractor's purpose with all his mandatory parts. In practical part, there is introduced company ALMA PNEU, Ltd. There is carried out fi-nancial analysis in this part as well. Furthermore, there is made up contractor's purpose for buying new production line. In my thesis, there are evaluated possible options of financing this investment. At the end is assessed the whole contractor's purpose. |
