dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce "Postupy při vymáhání pohledávek v obchodně právních vztazích a úspěšnost jejich použití v praxi" je zaměřena na problematiku zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek ve firmě X, s.r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmu pohledávka, charakteristiku nejvýznamnějších typů zajišťovacích nástrojů, způsobů, jakými lze dosáhnout vykonatelnosti pohledávky a výkony rozhodnutí. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu správy a vymáhání pohledávek ve společnosti X, s.r.o. V projektové části diplomové práce jsou identifikovány nedostatky v současném procesu správy a vymáhání pohledávek ve společnosti X, s.r.o., a navrženy způsoby jejich řešení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis "Procedures at debt collection in business-legislative relations and the fruitfulness of their application in practice'q is focused on the issue of provision and debt collection in the firm X, Ltd. The theoretic part includes specification of the debt definition, characteristic of the most important types of the security instruments, the ways how to gain the debt feasibility and the enforcement of judgment. In the practical part analysis of the present state of the management and debt collection in the firm X, Ltd. has been done. In the project part of my thesis the insufficiency in present process of management and debt collection in the firm X, Ltd. has been identified and possible solutions have been suggested.	en
