Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací procesu transportu surových plášťů ve výrobě CVT společnosti Barum Continental spol. s r.o. Téma je zpracováno v kontextu celkového zlepšování podnikových procesů. Tomuto má práce pomoci propočítáním nutné potřeby pracovníků transportu. V teoretické části práce autor zpracoval literární prameny týkající se tématu v oblastech řízení výroby, logistiky a měření práce. Druhá část předkládané práce obsahuje představení podniku, které je zasazeno do kontextu finanční a hospodářské krize. Dále pak analýzu současného stavu řešeného problému coby východisko pro těžiště práce - samotný propočet potřeby pracovníků při různých úrovních výroby. Závěr práce patří pro-počtu optimalizačních variant a návrhu baterie opatření, které vedou ke zvýšení plynulosti, efektivnosti a bezpečnosti procesu transportu surových plášťů ve výrobě CVT společnosti Barum Continental spol. s r.o. |

The master thesis is concerned with optimisation of the process of transportation raw tyres in CVT production in Barum Continental Ltd. The theme is elaborated in the context of the overall improvement of the business processes. My master thesis should contribute to this goal by calculation of the need of staff at the process of raw tyres transportation. The theo-retical part deals with literary sources on the topics in the areas of production management, logistics and performace measurement. The second part contains a presentation of the en-terprise, which is set in the context of the financial and economic crisis. It is followed by the analysis of the current state of the area concerned as a starting point for main part of the thesis - the calculation of the need of staff at different levels of production. The work is concluded with the calculation of optimised options and a raft of measures that lead to an increase in fluidity, efficiency and safety of the process of transportation of raw tyres in the manufacturing process of CVT Barum Continental Ltd. |
